The kiosk is more than a display. It gives the experience a visible presence, guides visitors towards their media and supports the retrieval journey chosen by the operator.
The capture system, E-motion’s in-house software and the kiosk operate as one connected ecosystem, with remote supervision for day-to-day operation.

At Grenoble Bastille, visitors use the screen to start the experience, move into position, follow the countdown and discover the generated panoramic souvenir on the kiosk.
The exact retrieval model is configured for each destination. A souvenir may be offered, sponsored, sold, delivered digitally or printed according to the project.

What is E-motion Box?
E-motion Box is a connected automatic photo and video system with an interactive on-site kiosk. It captures visitors, generates their media and lets them discover and retrieve it at the attraction or destination.
What can visitors do at the kiosk?
Visitors can discover their generated photo or video and follow the retrieval journey configured for the site. Depending on the project, this can include digital retrieval, purchase or printing.
Are purchase and printing mandatory?
No. The souvenir can be free, sponsored, sold, delivered digitally or printed. The delivery model is configured around the destination’s visitor experience and commercial objectives.
What is the difference between E-motion Box and E-motion Spot?
Box provides a visible on-site kiosk for media discovery and optional sales or printing. Spot is a lighter mobile journey: visitors scan a QR code, trigger the remote capture and retrieve the media on their phone.
Can E-motion Box also provide a tourist webcam?
Yes, when the camera position and site configuration allow it. The live view is an optional complementary capability; E-motion Box remains centred on creating and delivering visitor souvenirs.
