How does automatic ski photography work?
A fixed capture system photographs the skier at a predefined point. Detection and timing are configured around the actual trajectory and speed, then E-motion’s software processes the image for delivery after the run.
Where should a ski photo point be installed?
The location depends on safety, skier line, speed, terrain, background, light, access, power and connectivity. The strongest point is not always the most technically obvious one, so the site is assessed before installation.
Does the skier need to stop or scan a QR code while skiing?
No. E-motion Shot is designed for automatic action capture during the passage. Any identification or retrieval journey takes place before or after the action, according to the resort’s chosen setup.
Can several cameras create one ski souvenir video?
Yes, when several genuinely different moments improve the souvenir. In that case, E-motion Clip can assemble sequences from multiple capture points into one automated video.
