At Grenoble Bastille, panoramic capture creates the souvenir video while an E-motion Box kiosk lets visitors discover and retrieve their media on site.
The deployment
The visitor experience connects a panoramic capture point, automated video generation and an on-site kiosk.
Visitors discover their media at the Box and follow the retrieval or purchase journey configured for the site.
Create a panoramic visitor sequence at the selected point.
Process and create the final souvenir video automatically.
Let visitors discover and retrieve the media through E-motion Box.
Observed operation
E-motion’s internal analysis covers one year of operation. Because one group may trigger several captures, those triggers are grouped manually to estimate unique groups; sales are then divided by that estimated group count.
This manual method is not presented as strictly equivalent to the automated net rate in the dashboard, where deduplication remains partial.
Related solution
The kiosk makes the visitor journey visible on site and connects capture, media generation and delivery.
